I am going to have Gynecomastia and fix that bulge, but i have started to work out and lift weights like crazy but the extra skin wont go away. My question is that i don’t need more incision. Your concerns are evident, unfortunately liposuction will not correct this problem, the excess skin hanging, is skin that was stretched out and has lost its elasticity,  liposuction will only increase the appearance of excess skin.
