Gynecomastia Surgery? I had my tummy tuck eight months ago after losing 150 lbs of my weight. . My upper abdominal area is flabby. I am going to have Gynecomastia and fix that bulge, but i have started to work out and lift weights like crazy but the extra skin wont go away. My question is that i don’t need more incision. Do you think smart lipo or technique will help resolve my problem with no Gynecomastia?

A Gynecomastia would better yield the results you are searching for. Although you may be left with scarring you will have the tighter look that you want for your chest. Also keep in mind that there are several scar treatments options that can help to dramatically reduce the appearance of your incisions. Make sure you consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who has extensive experience in this procedure.
