What can I do about my large ears?

Model

Ears can be made smaller in nearly every aspect. The size of the ear, the size of the earlobe, as well as how much the ear protrudes from the face — all aspects can be reduced with a procedure call an Otoplasty or “Ear Pinning”.

The technique used depends upon what exactly you want your ears to look like, and this should be discussed with one of PREMIERE Center’ board certified plastic surgeonsback view of a female patients ears before and after otoplasty. After an otoplasty your ears should appear symmetrical and natural, as well as proportional to rest of your face.

The procedure is done on an outpatient basis and you can expect bruising, swelling and numbness after surgery. Your head will be wrapped in a thick bandage until the incisions are healed and swelling may persist for up to six months.
