I wanted to write a letter to inform you of my recent experience with your wonderful staff at Premiere.
When i started to make my appointments for a consultation, I called your office and spoke with Kelly. She was very
pleasant, professional and helpful. She actually answered the phone. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a
returned phone call. This meant a lot to me because it gave me the push that I needed to schedule the appointment.
When I arrived at my appointment I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly. She was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone.
She informed me that I would be meeting with Lauren to discuss my questions and concerns. Lauren was very pleasant,
professional and kind. She answered my questions in detail and introduced me to the doctor.
When I met the doctor, I thought that he did not have enough experience to do my surgery. However after meeting with 5
Physicians, I teamed that the other Physicians who had over 20 years of experience, where not in tune to today's modern
technology. The dr. took hi time when he met with me. He answered all my questions in detail and addressed all of my
concerns. he is truly an outstanding Physician. His work exceeded my expectations. I could not have chosen a better
Physician to do my surgery. The details of his work is truly amazing and deserves recognition.
Dee and Anna where both there for me emotionally and physically throughout my surgery. They were both very Professional,
Pleasant and Knowledgeable. They gave me the push that I so desperately needed. They spoke with me to calm me down darning
my appointment for my blood work, and gave me the moral support that I needed the day of my surgery. Their professionalism
deserves recognition as well. I could not have gone thru with the surgery without their support. I will be forever
grateful.
For the most part, my experience was exceptional and it was due to these individuals mentioned in this letter.
They represent your Facility well. It's people like them that made the difference. You have a great team of individuals
that work great together.

outstanding commendable work.
I can honestly say that your work has changed my life. I feel like a new person. I am confident and no longer self
conscious about my breast. I cannot thank you enough.
I pray that God continues to bless your work and that you continue to make future patients as happy as you
have made me.

Doctor Stern was just the nicest guy. My Mom adored him.
I Have had a weight loss of 165 pounds since July 2005. I have maintained my present weight of 126 pound for the 3 months.

I really enjoyed my experience with you and your office. I thought everyone was professional and friendly, starting with
the front office all the way to the follow-up appointment. Dr. Stern advised in my 1st consult that I would need some
reconstructive surgery once I removed my "old" implants and replaced them with new ones. This resulted in a slightly
higher cost. I thought to myself, I could probably go to another doctor for less dollars, but they probably wouldn't
address the reconstruction. Dr. Stern was very knowledgeable and sincere with me, that I decided that even though it
was a little more expensive, it was well worth the amount. My new breasts are perfect and I don't know why I waited
so long to get them done!
