Each patient’s body is different; therefore, everyone does not respond to treatment identically. The number of CoolSculpting® sessions required for the individual patient will depend on the severity of fat in the area and the number of areas being treated.

As the treated fat cells are frozen, they crystallize, die, and are then naturally eliminated from the body forever. However, it is important for patients to maintain their results with a healthy lifestyle, such as eating right and exercising regularly, so that the remaining fat cells in the treated area do not increase in size.

The cost of CoolSculpting® will vary depending on how large the treatment area is and how many areas are being treated. At Premiere Center for Cosmetic Surgery, we offer several different financing options to help you afford for your procedure.

The treatment area will be slightly red and numb from the cold. Mild bruising, tingling, and stinging may develop in the treatment area(s). Any side effects will subside quickly. Patients can return to their normal daily routine immediately following the procedure.

Once the cooling device is applied to the treatment area, patients will feel an intense cold. Five to 10 minutes into the treatment, the area will go numb and patients should not feel anything. After the treatment, patients will experience a tingling sensation while the treatment area is massaged for two to three minutes.
